The process of online legal consultation:
- The consultation takes place at a pre-arranged time via webcam using the Skype program.
- The Client indicates their request for online legal consultation at the email address info@kovacsnoemi.ro.
- Our office will contact the Client via email or phone within 24 hours to discuss the technical details.
- After the fee for online legal consultation is credited to the bank account, the office and the Client will agree on the necessary data for the consultation and settle on a date.
The office will send the invoice for the fee of the online legal consultation to the Client via email no later than after the online consultation.
The fee for online legal consultation will be fully credited towards the service fee in case of a potential engagement.
The fee for the scheduled but missed online legal consultation will be refunded by the office if the Client cancels at least 2 hours in advance via phone or email.
Due to the incomplete nature of the questions posed, as well as the limitations in scope and the insufficient understanding of the legal issues, online legal advice is not suitable for forming a legally sound opinion from all perspectives; it is only informative in nature and does not replace personal legal consultation.
